ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Personalized, made-to-order, or custom products may require additional production time. Once an order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when available.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Product availability, shipping options, and rates are confirmed at checkout for the customer’s delivery address.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Free standard shipping is available when the qualifying order subtotal reaches $70 USD or the equivalent shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after processing and are not guarantees. The rate shown at checkout reflects the product’s assigned fulfillment profile.

United States

Products using our U.S. production-partner shipping profile:

Products fulfilled through Zendrop, TeemDrop, or our general international profile may use a $12.99 standard shipping rate on qualifying orders under $70, with free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $70 or more.

INTERNATIONALLY FULFILLED PRODUCTS

Select products are fulfilled from international warehouses. These orders generally require 1–3 business days for processing, although personalized or custom products may require additional production time. After shipment, delivery commonly takes 10–20 business days. Tracking availability and delivery speed vary by destination and carrier.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Because products may be fulfilled by different production partners, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility.

DELAYS

Carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing, holidays, and high order volume can affect delivery. We cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates after a package has been accepted by the carrier.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please verify the shipping address before submitting an order. Contact support@inkandkeeps.com as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins and are not responsible for delays, losses, or returns caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

RETURNS

Return eligibility is governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Personalized, custom, and final-sale items have different eligibility requirements from standard, non-personalized products.
